NWO Adblock (Block News Channel/Media/Keywords)
Hello Partypeople,
as some of you i also struggle these times with values of society, this whole misinformation agenda really hit me hard in the beginning. I did my work which ended my actual mindsetting much like, its all just BS, i think this track of Limp Bizkit reflects it perfectly

- is it possible to block News-Sites in general, are there any News url.txt or which adblocker do i use to manually adapt them? Which one fits the best here?
- can in also block by keywords lets say block a certain post which contains the expression: "musk", "Schwab", "NWO"

How to block ads in a downloaded application on Mac?
I’m not a computer person so I’ll describe this as best as possible and I’m praying someone can help me. I downloaded and online game from the internet, specifically “NewCP”. It’s not ran through a specific browser. I have downloaded so many ad blocking things to my computer, including adguard that everyone swears by. I’m NOT looking for something that blocks safari ads and that’s all I can find when I try to google it myself. The ads slow down the game so much making it almost impossible to play.

Websites Think I’m Using An Adblocker
So, I noticed this issue yesterday. Websites I use to watch cartoons are saying that I’m using an adblocker. I was actually using one, but it never was a problem before. So I uninstalled the adblocker, and the messages are still there. I’m on a phone using safari. Anyone know what my problem is? Thanks

What's the best free Ad Blocking DNS?
I have been using AdGuard for a few months and I have been reasonably happy with it, but for the past few days I notice my time to first byte on some sites, specially Google hosted ones, getting worse everyday (I am in Europe, near Rotterdam, Netherlands).
I noticed there's other services like NextDNS and Alternate DNS but I don't know which one to choose.
Using DNS for that purpose is excellent because we also get rid of ads in our phones (well, not entirely, but we can reduce them by a lot).
Does anybody have a favorite? If so, which would it be and why? Thanks in advance!

Seems like reddit is playing invisible ads.
Adblock Plus;
They're not VISIBLE, but the audio is playing. Which probably means they're getting ad revenue from them.
Usually happens after scrolling about 50-100 things. Random audio clips will start playing while scrolling past pictures or other videos pause to play ad video sound.

LunaVPN not working anymore
Literally every single day I have to reinstall it cuz it stops working. It’ll work for the rest of the day but the follow day I have to reinstall it. Seriously this is becoming a chore. I just want to listen to music without being spammed with ads.
No, DNS cloak or other Safari-Only vpns don’t work. I don’t use safari.

Why is Twitch the only site that consistently defeats Ad-blocking software? Do they have an infinite budget compared to other websites?

Youtube ads are no longer blocked
I have been using Adblock Plus for firefox for years! All of sudden ads on videos on most websites are not being blocked.

Adblock extensions disabling automatically and browser closing by itself
Hello! My chrome web browser has been closing by itself and then I noticed ads popping up again on Youtube. So I checked my extensions and noticed that Ublock Origin was turned off. I thought it was odd and just enabled it again, only to have the browser close on me again and open a new one by itself but with ublock disabled again. I reinstalled ublock and it worked for about an hour but it did it again. I reinstalled it once more and hoping it doesn't happen again. I'm not an expert on computers, but is my PC getting hacked or is there some sort of virus on my PC? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Luna AdBlock battery drain
I installed the profile for Luna ad block on iOS and after a couple of hours i read that it's shady and mines my data so i removed the profile from my phone, however since then I've been experiencing crazy battery drains and in my screen time it shows that sensortower.com is running 24/7, after some research i found out that sensor tower is the secret parent company of Luna.
I already uninstalled the profile two hours after installing, how come it's still running in the background and how can i stop it please help it already been like 2 weeks.

I'm just looking for some dns to use. which one do you recommend between the two? adguard is open source, while next is not.
Adguard appears in russia (although I have read that they are based in cyprus). which of the two is the fastest? which is the safest? above all, between the two, who better blocks advertising?

I've tested all the major adblockers, and have concluded that adguard is by far the best adblocking suite. If you combine the premium paid app, adguard extra, and adguard DNS filtering, it let's through 0 ads. Also on all the adblock testers it gets 100/100 every time.
What I love about adguard is the ability to use custom filters, the hide ip feature, and the api features, and the other features it offers outside ad blocking.

Adblock disabling YouTube functionality
Today I was browsing YouTube and tried to comment on a video, and I noticed that the button to post the comment was missing. As were the Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down, Reply, and View Reply buttons, as well as the control buttons normally at the top right of the website for checking subscriptions, uploads, and user content.
Disabling adblock fixed the issue, but I don't want to disable for the entire site. I do disable for certain creators, but I don't want just any random video I watch flooding me with ads. Does anyone have any information on what's going on?

AdBlock Plus stopped working on laptop
AdBlock Plus has suddenly stopped working on all websites in Firefox on my laptop. I thought it might be a problem with AdBlock itself but I checked on my desktop and it still works fine. What could be causing it to not work properly?

Block ads within apps?
Is it possible to block all ads within apps? My kids have iPads, and I’ve paid for full versions of apps, so we have fewer ads, but it’s still possible for them to watch an ad in exchange for an item in the game. Some are advertising games that are very inappropriate for their ages. Is the possible to block?

Recently reinstalled luna adblock because ads on youtube are cancer, but i still seem to get frequent ads with Luna Adblock vpn turned on in settings. Is anybody’s Luna Adblock working for the youtube app?

Best Adblock for iPhone for sports streaming sites?

AdBlock not working!
Hello, I have 2 ad blocks enabled, and all is fine with the usual pages and whatnot, but one specific page, even though it does not show ads, it still has pop ups inside the page and whenever I click on the page it will open a new tab window with ads the first time you enter the page or refresh.
Is there any way to get rid of those pop ups and new window tabs?

Using Luna on spare iPhone!
Got a fresh iPhone as a main phone but I still have my old iPhone and like to watch a lot of YouTube in bed. I did a reset on the old iPhone and no info is on it so would any of my data still be safe? If in the end it’s not then I’ll look at alternatives, Luna just feels the most easiest and convenient so just wondering if I could stick with that

Luna VPN
It was working well on my ipad pro 2018 for many years, but recently, it seems to cause connection issues with my wifi whenever the vpn is enabled. Safari would not load when I search something, and the youtube app would also be stuck loading. There are brief instances that I have connection again, but the vpn when enabled usually stops my wifi from working like 50% time and I still get ads on the youtube app, so I disabled it. Not sure what is causing the issue and how I can remedy it. I would really like Luna VPN to work again and hope they are working to fix it.

WCO Forever blocks my Adblock!!!
I have been using this site for years to watch anime. However I use AdGuard so I am not inundated with annoying ads. However today after I updated my iphone to 15.4.1 the ad block detection kicked in and AdGuard no longer works. Why is this happening?

Reddit problems

Websites blocking me for using adblock even when disabled.
Title. I am trying to watch videos on a site (not sure if links are allowed, but its for watching anime and other shows "free" ) and it has a feature where if it detects adblockers it disbales the video player and puts a big red box over the page saying I have to disable adblock to watch. This happens even with adblock disabled. This has also started to happen on other sites like news sites, though when those fail I don't care as much. Just wondering how to deal with this issue, if there is a way to fix it.
