Seeing as you can buy mixed reality headsets to block adverts on the subway,
It should be possible to train AI to recognise ads and block them through image and text recognition.
What to search for?
In fact, perhaps we can use AI to clean up a lot of Web annoyances, such as Web3 popups and block search results with adblock detectors?
I've been using Brave and uBlock Origin for months and it has kind of worked (didn't really get ads and had a "blocking ads" prompt on the screen for about 8-7 seconds after the ads would roll out, and then the stream would go back to normal)
However, it's that time of year again when Twitch is bypassing the ad-blockers. Please let me know which filters work for you. (if they do)

My adblock keeps disabling (pausing) itself on youtube, and I am unable to unpause it. But it only happens on the search results page when I search for a video? Is this happening to anyone else? Is there something going on with my computer/adblock? Whenever I click "unpause Adblock" nothing happens. Again, it only happens on the search results page. not complaining as I have freedom from those stupid navy commercials. but I just want to know what happened. anyone think its a glitch on twitch's end? I use Ad-blocker and ublock Origin but only have ublock enabled on twitch and ads dont come back when disabling ublock. I don't have turbo and im not subscribed to anyone.

Was looking around for a custom filter list and found a github one but I have no idea what to do. I'm not sure what to copy and paste over or how to. Does anyone have a good filter list and can explain to me how to add it to the custom filter list?

im using the latest version not the beta and when im trying to watch it plays for a little and then i get the white loading wheel forever is there a way to fix this.
I have Total Adblock installed on my Galaxy Fold 4. When I have it working I can't open any links-which makes me have to disable it. Can't figure out how to make this work. To be clear, if I'm in Twitter and click on the link TAB won't let me go to the link. Any thoughts are welcome.
For the last couple of days i have been getting ads before i watch a video on youtube on my computer. But the situation is a bit weird because the image never loads, it's just the audio. still annoying tho. Any idea of what could be happenning here or how i could solve it?? i use firefox if that helps
I am using "AdBlock — best ad blocker" but it doesn't block ads on Twitch anymore (even tho is still says it blocks ads on Twitch). I have looked for other ad blocks for Twitch and all the reviews said it didn't work or it was a scam. I am fine if it was 1 or 2 ads here and there but i sometimes get up to 8 ads on Twitch.
I'm on iOS 16.5 RC (the latest one) and today Luna stopped working, on YT only, showing me ads again. Is this a beta problem or simply we've to wait until the update the profile again?
So, I am tiredd of watching for 3 minutes and getting 2 minutes of ads.

You know for many reasons. But mainly so for fandoms ads to stop clogging like 90% of the screen. Which is awfully slow on the computer for some reason. Its also likely a untapped market considering the amount that owns one
My " AdBlock — best ad blocker " is blocking up popups on websites that i havent allowed it to access via manage extensions on chrome, i noticed when i was using https://packetlosstest.com/ and clicked on an ad that i was interested in. Every time i clicked the ad the block counter went up by 1, please explain why it is doing this and how do i prevent my extensions from doing anything to websites i havent it allowed access to.
Can someone please fix the server for IG? The adblock doesn’t work for the music or any audio in that matter. This happens to both cellular and Wi-Fi. Thanks

TL;DR: What is the best source for the Easylist filter lists?
I've been a satisfied user of Easylist for many years, but unfortunately the many different versions are a bit confusing.
easylist.to is the official site - right?
The "Fanboy's Annoyance List" linked there points to "secure.fanboy.co.nz" and not to their own hosted list, although it is even the newer one.
The one on https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/fanboy-annoyance.txt is even newer.
The main differences (as it seems to me) are in the header and at the end (fanboy_newsletter_allowlist.txt or abp-filters-compliance:fanboyannoyances.txt).
The normal EasyList also differs on all three servers.
Or the "EasyList Germany: The list on easylist.to is from May 3rd, while that on adblockplus.org is from May 7th.
Why doesn't easylist.to link to its own version of the Fanboy's Annoyance List?
Why are the lists (and especially the "EasyList Germany") on the mirror (?) of adblockplus.org more up-to-date than on easylist.to?
While all versions will do the trick, it would still be good to know which source is the best/cleanest/most secure.
