Is there any way to get rid of YouTube banners on mobile?

I am aware that YouTube lets you click on certain banner ads and tell it "hey, don't show me this," but the banners that aren't just ads like the shorts banner and that stupid "eXpLoRe MoRe ToPiCs" banner don't go away without going through YouTube's dysfunctional, garbage feedback system that they don't look at.
