boomer cpu illiterate, needbhelp w/ an ad blocker for Android tablet

I have a Samsung tablet and am looking for a free adblock service I can download to work on mostly youtube & twitch ads. I'd like you to know I'm very dumb at tech so you have to walk me thru it like a child. Thanks
