Imgur wanting me to whitelist my adblocks - I don't have adblocks.

I tried Edge, Chrome, Opera, incognito mode all freshly installed, no addons, it still keeps telling me "whitelist your adblocks" but I don't have any adblocks. What am I supposed to do?
