Adblocker mallware android

Hello! So one day I accidentally clicked a link in an convincing email which I thought was from the chamber of commerce and now I have these little icons tip right of my addblocker browser screen on my android. Sometimes it's a spinning prize wheel, other times a treasure chest or sometimes an innocent "you got mail" type of icon. I tried removing and reinstalling app bit did not work...I tried removing app and running mallware scan but no dice.... Help!
