I have tried many options and the best I can find is proxying to get an adless stream, but at lower quality when ads are running (what I currently use): https://github.com/pixeltris/TwitchAdSolutions/raw/master/video-swap-new/video-swap-new.user.js
It works well, but as I said it has lower quality when ads are running. Please let me know if you're aware of any better options. Thanks.
