Every iOS Adblocker I’ve tried requires me to refresh the YouTube link before I can watch the content.

I’ve used Purify, Adblock Plus, Wipr, and Adblock, tried all the premium versions, but still can’t get around the needing to refresh prior to watching videos on YouTube on safari. Has anyone else had this issue? Any way to fix it?
