Ad blockers not working anymore

So I read a lot of manga on my phone and I use an ad blocker to hide huge intrusive ads breaking up the pages and its been working great. Recently though my ad blocker has stopped working for a certain "online radio" pop-up and no other adblocker I install seems to be blocking it either. I literally can't dismiss it or minimize it, so it just stays there taking up my screen.
