I want to create a better version of adblock. What ways could it be better?

First of all, does the chrome store still allow ad block type of extensions to be made and sold? I heard something about this changing in 2023.

Now onto the topic. I am going to have a developer make a chrome extension just like the adblock one. However, I would like to make it better than the original version. I need some value skews to do this.

So I am coming here to ask you guys what 2 to 5 things could be better about Adblock? These will be added to the different version.
