Hi! This is just something that's been happening to me these last three days, and which I find quite curious.
So just like everyone else, I got the anti-adblock warning message, and soon after that, the "three video countdown" and then got completely blocked from watching videos. And, just like everyone else who uses Chrome, I moved to Firefox and added the uBlock Origin extension to watch videos, though it ended up feeling more comfortable to just stay in Chrome and use the share>embed thingy to watch videos.
But the next day, when I opened YouTube in Chrome, I found that I was no longer blocked from watching videos, and could watch them just fine, without ads. I hadn't done anything to my adblock, and while I found this strange, I just shrugged and used YouTube for HOURS without any issue.
And a few hours later I was blocked again.
So this has been happening over and over: I get intermittently blocked and unblocked. Today I could watch videos on Chrome all day, no ads, no warning messages or anything.
I just think this is weird, has anyone else experienced this? Can anyone explain why this happens?
