sponsored integration adblock?

While watching youtube recently, I came across a streamer's clipping of a Twitch streamer. He was watching some video on youtube. Since I'm a small fan of reactions, I poked at the video and decided to watch it. However, while watching it, I noticed an interesting streak in the guy's video. This streak indicates some sort of ad integration in the video, which is most likely* detected by AI (Just a guess). After searching all the popular links, articles, and sites on the internet in several languages, I still haven't found this youtube extension in the public domain.
