How Do I Remove This?

I'll provide a picture screenshot with this message but yeah I keep getting this notice on You Tube that says "Looks like you're running an adblocker. Select allow ads and hit refresh to watch the video"... So, check it, I don't have an adblocker. This crap didn't start happening until a month ago when my CPU told me I needed to do an update. So I did it as usual and had no issues until I started trying to watch You Tube. I've spent weeks researching everything I could find about removing possible things that are preventing You Tube from playing. Nothing has worked. I've turned off everything. Still nothing. The only thing that works is I'll keep hitting the "allow ads" and "refresh page" buttons in the notice that pops up.
