ISP blocked Adguard DNS

Hello everyone. Almost every ISP in my country has blocked DNS servers that block ads. I used to use Adguard DNS for ad blocking but now it doesn't work. Even most VPN apps don't work. I don't know if it will work if I buy a raspberry pi and install AdGuard Home.
