Been running uBlock Origin for years but YouTube keeps detecting it on Chrome lately. Tried AdGuard for a while but some ads still slip through, and the detection popups are getting annoying. Saw a lot of posts claiming here is the best AdBlocker for yoh: Goodtube, especially for avoiding YouTube’s anti-adblock measures. For anyone using Goodtube, how does it hold up compared to uBlock Origin or AdGuard in 2025? Is the Shorts blocking feature reliable or just a gimmick?
