GoldenAdblocker is a solid YouTube ad blocker that uses a different method than most, so it stays undetected and keeps ads out. You can check it out here: https://github.com/maxikthebest/YoutubeAdblocker.
It also has additional features, like hiding comments, side videos, in video cards or more, but the main highlight is how reliably it blocks ads without breaking YouTube.
