A solution for the "Your video playback is freezing?" loading issue

I use YouTube a lot and it's driving me crazy. I use Ubo Lite with Chrome, and I had it paired with Adblock for YouTube, which worked for a while, but the problem came back. I tried Safari with wBlock, which worked well, then it came back. Does anyone have a solution for this "Your video is freezing?" pop-up?
