Download Brave Browser. Brave Browser provides its own ad-blocking system which is not enough to block Twitch ads by itself. It is necessary because you will still receive ads if you try this on Google Chrome
Download uBlock Origin from the Chrome Store on Brave
Go to option 6 in the link below, look for the uBlock Origin troubleshooting section, and insert the code into uBlock Origin
