"Ad-block has been detected" happens when I log into any device

I don't know how to fix this Every device I try to log in to with my forum account gets this message. It happens on older computers, tablets and new phones. I can't bloody upgrade my account to VIP because I don't have access to that feature "You do not have access to RangerBoard account upgrades." I can't message moderators and I've heard they're not very kind "It's not our problem. It's your problem" attitude I'm wondering if my IP address is just marked. I've tried making a new account but they just reject it or ban my original account "Creating multiple accounts is against board policy.
