Is there way to block Sponsored recommendations on youtube's main page?

I'm using uBlock with Firefox desktop and just today those started showing up. Every top left video on main page is always sponsored. Sometimes it's a regular ad, sometimes it's some bullshit video that I'd never be interested in watching.
