How do I get rid of these pre-installed ads on my tablet?

I got a tablet for my little brother, but these ads pop up all the time. Even on Netflix where I pay for no ads! I tried doing what it said on google, but no solution helped me. Tried the DNS thing, factory reset, and checked apps that could be doing it but nothing sticks out. Does anyone know what I need to do to prevent these ads? submitted by /u/idphan [link] [comments]
