Hey!
I've been working on a side project called pUDblock, a browser extension that deals with Twitch's live-stream ads.
It currently supports Firefox and Chrome, and the whole thing is open source
- Focuses specifically on Twitch live-stream ads.
- Tries to keep the stream playing instead of just breaking the player.
- No accounts, telemetry, or external servers.
- Free and open source.
It's still pretty new, so I'm not going to pretend it's perfect. Twitch is constantly changing things, and there are probably some edge cases I haven't encountered yet.
If you're going to try it, I'd recommend disabling any other Twitch-specific ad blockers or userscripts first, as they might interfere with each other and cause unexpected issues.
Firefox has a signed version available, while Chrome currently requires manual installation until/if the web store submission gets approved.
Anyway, figured I'd share it here in case anyone finds it useful.

Feel free to try it out. Or don't, I'm not your dad.
If you do give it a shot, I'd appreciate any feedback, bug reports, or suggestions.
