My YouTube now says Translate to Chinese?

I’ve never used ad blockers before and downloaded one called pop up blocker due to the number of downloads and reviews and it worked pretty well tbh. But I’ve noticed this on my youtube. Location and language all are correct however this is still what shows up, I’ve since removed it and started using uBlock Origin Lite however It still shows that. (it’s barely been 10 mins, I refreshed it lol) should I be concerned and how can I fix it, if it is indeed a problem. I’m not the greatest with stuff like this as you can probably tell.
