Google is bugging I think

So I‘ve been using brave for years and in the past couple weeks I noticed that Google is starting to become buggy when viewing the site with adblock on. Kind of like Youtube not loading thumbnails and videos. Has anyone else experienced the same thing? Maybe it’s completely unrelated to the adblock but after all that has happened I think it‘s totally justified to feel suspicious lol.
