What can we do to block content with likely AI-generated titles

A lot of content online appears in the click bait AI generated phrasing. Phrasings are typically short and may take the form of "Why X is broken" rather than being descriptive. They also overly use certain words to artificially hype up.

I want to design some kind of Firefox plugin that will allow me to add phrasing to a database. So you see some content you dislike, you right click and add the fragment to the database. It then learns the patterns and in the future whenever an element appears with this form, it can be blocked. For example, I want to use it to filter any YouTube videos where the video title takes this form.

I feel that even if it doesn't fully block the element, just highlighting it or reducing its opacity will help our eyes filter good info from bad.

Has anybody thought about doing this? Is there any effort to try and block such elements?
