How to Get Rid of Persistent Ads on iPhone?

I think I figured out why some websites still allow ads to show up despite having AdGuard installed for my Safari + NextDNS for system-wide on my iPhone, because I forgot I whitelist this html-load domain. But if I block this domain, the websites won’t even load at all. What should I do?
